<h2>Who this page applies to</h2>
|
||
|
||
<p>Macedonian citizens who completed or are completing secondary education outside Slovenia and are applying for the first year of a bachelor or integrated master programme.</p>
|
||
|
||
<h2>Main process</h2>
|
||
|
||

<li>Read the national call and the institution’s instructions.</li>
|
||
<li>Apply electronically through eVŠ.</li>
|
||
<li>Select up to the number of programme preferences permitted by the call.</li>
|
||
<li>Start recognition of foreign secondary education inside the application.</li>
|
||
<li>Upload supporting documents.</li>
|
||
<li>Complete any aptitude or ability test.</li>
|
||
<li>Monitor eVŠ for requests and the selection decision.</li>
|
||
<li>Enrol at the institution after acceptance.</li>
|
||

<li>First application: 18 February to 18 March 2026.</li>
|
||
<li>If secondary school was already completed, documents were generally due by 18 March; if completing school in 2026, generally by 31 July.</li>
|
||
<li>First-round results for non-EU applicants were scheduled by 28 August.</li>
|
||
<li>The 2 to 3 September second period is restricted and is not a normal open second chance for every new applicant.</li>
|
||

||

||

<li>Treating an integrated master as a second-cycle master.</li>
|
||
<li>Uploading only the final certificate and not annual reports.</li>
|
||
<li>Assuming one university’s deadline applies to another.</li>

<li>Forgetting the aptitude test or saving the application without pressing Submit.</li>
|
||
<li>Ignoring an eVŠ request to supplement documents, or assuming a second round will definitely open.</li>
