Integrate v3 master: residence and health cluster (Batch 1)

Rewrites the six residence/health pages (visa-and-residence-explained,
student-residence-permit, where-to-apply-for-residence,
means-accommodation-address, rm-si-3-health-insurance,
healthcare-in-slovenia) to the deeper v3 English master, trilingual.
Adds backward-compatible generator support for per-page hero-image
placeholders and a "Sources and further information" section, plus
.guide-last-checked styling. Owner decisions applied (student work on
the study permit vs employment permit; sufficient means shown as
"check current"). SI/MK bodies are MSOS working translations pending
native proofread.

The official reference is linked to the Slovenian basic minimum income. From 1 March 2026, the published basic minimum income is €507.43, but the exact calculation for a residence case must be confirmed with the authority.

Do not automatically multiply the amount without asking how the authority assesses the intended permit period and the specific evidence.

The required amount is tied to the current Slovenian basic minimum income. Sources checked for this revision showed figures between approximately €485 and €510 per month. Always display the current official amount rather than a fixed number, and ask the responsible upravna enota how it calculates the period and which evidence it accepts.

Parent support is a practical student route

Official study-permit guidance recognises a parent’s support statement where the parent has a legal maintenance obligation. Prepare a statement that is:

Notarised

Translated as required

Clear about the student, support period, and commitment

Supported by proof of relationship and financial evidence when requested

The upravna enota decides whether the evidence is sufficient in the individual case.

Current fee reference

Research sources for this revision listed approximately:

€4.50 application fee

€50 permit fee

€15.47 card-production cost

These amounts can change and do not include translation, certification, photograph, postage, or travel costs. Verify the current tariff before the appointment.

Register the address after receiving the permit

Ask the accommodation provider:

Who performs the registration

Which contract or ownership evidence is used

When proof will be issued

What happens when you move

A landlord’s refusal to allow lawful address registration is a serious warning sign.
