popovskik da3acbff5e fix(guide): spell out abbreviated deadline months in SI/EN tables 
Mirror the Macedonian reviewer's date fix to Slovenian and English: expand
feb/mar/sep... to full month names inside the deadline table cells on
application-deadlines, bachelor- and master-application (SI + EN).
Replacement is scoped to <td> cells to avoid touching words like SI 'nov'.
