<li>Check admission subjects, selection criteria, language, non-EU or Western Balkan places, and aptitude tests.</li>

<li>Compare the actual city where teaching takes place.</li>

<li>Verify language, interview, motivation letter, portfolio, references, or work-experience requirements.</li>

<li>Certified translations when requested, a chronological education statement, and programme-specific evidence.</li>
|
|
<li>High-quality digital scans.</li>

<p>Do not wait until the final application day to discover that a translation or document is missing.</p>

<h3>Submit through eVŠ</h3>
|
|

<li>Open the correct call and select the correct applicant category.</li>
|
|
<li>Enter previous education completed abroad and start the recognition request inside the application.</li>
|
|
<li>Select programmes in the permitted order, upload every attachment, press Submit, and save the confirmation.</li>

|
|
<h3>Recognition and selection</h3>
|
|
<p>The institution checks whether your previous education grants access, whether documents are complete, whether programme conditions are met, and your ranking where applications exceed places.</p>
|
|
<p>Recognition is not a separate optional service. For applicants educated abroad, it is part of the admission process.</p>
|
|

<h3>Admission and enrolment</h3>
|
|
<p>After a positive decision, read the enrolment instructions, complete enrolment, pay only officially required charges, obtain the certificate of enrolment, and confirm when student status starts.</p>

<h3>Residence, health, and housing</h3>
|
|
<p>Do these in parallel: confirm the residence pathway, obtain RM/SI 3, search for accommodation, and prepare proof of sufficient means and accommodation.</p>

|
|
<h3>Travel and arrival</h3>
|
|
<p>Carry in hand luggage your passport, admission and enrolment evidence, residence evidence, RM/SI 3, accommodation contract, education originals, medical documentation, and emergency funds.</p>

<h3>First week</h3>
|
|

<li>Move in, complete enrolment if pending, and confirm the real EMŠO.</li>

<li>Register the address, submit RM/SI 3 to ZZZS, and obtain a tax number if needed.</li>
|
|
<li>Activate student meals, arrange transport, learn the portal, attend orientation, and contact MSOS.</li>
|
|
