<h2>Changing your mind early</h2>
|
||
|
||
<p>Some institutions use a mid-October date for withdrawal that may preserve the student’s one repeat or programme-change opportunity. This is not a universal rule. Before withdrawing, ask the referat in writing about loss of student status, residence consequences, tuition, housing, meals and transport, scholarship, and whether the withdrawal consumes the repeat or change opportunity.</p>

<p>Keep proof of rent, deposit, permit, insurance, university payments, transport, bank, tax, student work, and official postage.</p>
