Mission & Vision: remove white band behind title; hide box icons on mobile 

- Override the inherited cream .page-header-section background to transparent so
  the "Mission and Vision" title sits directly on the section's blue gradient
  (no white rectangle behind it).
- On mobile, hide the mission/vision box icons (crosshair/eye) — text only.
