Subject: [PATCH] Footer dedup, dual contact email, privacy-policy accuracy

- Remove the duplicate Privacy/Cookie links from the footer Organisation
  column; keep them (plus Manage cookies) in the bottom legal bar
- Show both info@msosorg.com and info.msosorg@gmail.com in the privacy +
  cookie policy prose (en/mk/si)
- Fix the privacy policy's now-false "no tracking cookies" sentence to
  reflect consent-based Google Analytics (en/mk/si)
