Adds the hard fact that self-funded foreign degree students cannot get a subsidised
Studentski dom place, the faculty-brokered non-subsidised route (Dijaski dom Vic), and
the free m2 room-brokerage contact (Studentska hisa SRCe, 080 98 67, svetovalnica.com/sobe).
