Support page: full legal account-holder name + fix partners spacing

- Account holder on the bank card now shows the full legal name (…za
  študentsko podporo in kulturno sodelovanje), matching the Official
  information page, in all three languages
- Fix cramped spacing: the .sup-thanks rule had cut the partners section's
  bottom padding to 24px, pushing the logos against the teal CTA; raised to
  72px for clear separation
